We had our pool refinished and it turned out beautiful!
John is amazing! Great communication, knowledgeable, and he’s been fantastic to work with on our pool issues. The rest of the Watts team has also been great to work with.
We have used Watts Pool Service at our current home for 10+ years for cleaning, maintenance and repairs. They have now taken over the cleaning and maintenance at our new home that is being remodel. I can confidently say that Watts is by far the best pool service company in Houston. We used a couple of other service companies before switching to Watts 10+ years ago. Angela & Kristen are the best!! They are incredibly responsive and whenever there is an issue with one of the systems, a service person is here within a few hours. The service guys have been spot on at assessing issues and getting them resolved quickly or finding a potential problem and doing the preventative maintenance needed. I have truly enjoyed working with this company over the years and look forward to many more years with them at our new home.
Watts pool service has always left a great impression. Have been using there services for many years. Very reliable, on time, and dedicated. What’s important to me is customer service and with watts you get that above and beyond. If you call them they answer there Pool technicians are always friendly and give you the benefit of the doubt of what’s going on with your pool. Great company to be with. I’ve used Watt’s Pool service to maintain my pool for several years and I am very pleased with them. They have kept my pool clean and refreshing, and also kept the equipment well maintained and running. I trust them to give me a fair assessment and price without trying to charge me for unneeded services. The personnel are friendly, helpful and responsive giving this family business the personal touch missing from many business’s in our Houston area.
