   We have been using Royal Blue Austin Pool Service for several years for weekly pool cleaning, equipment maintenance, and repairs. Their service always goes above and beyond what we expect. We recently had our pool’s water feature renovated, and from start to finish, Nicholas and the team did an outstanding job. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and always followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Our new waterfall looks amazing!    We had our pool acid washed and the results are amazing—it actually looks like we got a brand new pool surface instead of just a cleaning. The team stayed right on schedule, and Nicholas always got back to us quickly whenever we had questions. Even though their price wasn’t the lowest, their great reputation and the excellent service we received made it completely worth it. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and appreciate the way they took care of our pool here in Austin.

   We hired this pool service company in Austin to build our new backyard pool and spa. From the start, they were upfront and honest about their process, letting us know that building a quality pool takes time and that communication might be a bit slow at times. Throughout the project, we noticed that scheduling sometimes depended on when subcontractors were available, so there were a few delays along the way. If you’re thinking about building a pool, I’d suggest being ready to add a few extra days or even weeks to your original timeline, just to be safe. Even though the project took longer than we expected, the team made sure everything was done right. Gary, our pool designer, did a great job bringing our ideas to life. There was just one small hiccup in the design, but he worked with us to get it sorted out. Nicholas, who handled most of the communication, was helpful, and we could see some improvement in keeping us updated as the project went on. Liam stepped in during the final stages and really impressed us with his great communication and follow-through. He made sure all the finishing touches were completed just as promised. Now that the pool and spillover spa are finished, we’re really happy with how everything turned out. All the inspections passed, and we’ve already started enjoying our new pool. Building a pool can feel overwhelming, but in the end, this company delivered a beautiful result, and we’re glad we chose them for our pool service in Austin.

   i’ve been using this pool cleaning service for a while now and i am very happy with everything. our regular pool cleaner, brad, does a fantastic job each week. he is careful, pays attention to detail, and always puts in the effort to keep our pool in great shape. brad takes the time to talk with me every week and has helped fix problems like heavy calcium buildup and other pool issues that came with our house when we bought it. he always explains things clearly whenever i have questions about how the pool works or what needs to be done. we are also starting a full pool renovation, and gary has been excellent at getting things moving. he took the time to tell me why the pool surface was coming apart and how they could fix it. he even showed me some other pools the company has remodeled nearby and shared a lot of helpful information about the whole process. brad and gary really show what great service looks like. because of their hard work and friendly attitude, i will keep using this company for all my pool cleaning and renovation needs. living in texas, keeping the pool clean and ready to use during the long hot season is important, and i’m glad to have such a reliable team.

   We recently had our pool and backyard patio completely renovated, and the results are fantastic. Our pool was upgraded from plaster to a pebble finish, which looks beautiful and feels great. The old decking was replaced with travertine tile, giving the whole area a fresh and updated look. They also rebuilt our pool fountain, updated the outdoor kitchen, and turned an old fireplace into a modern fire pit that we use all the time. Gary, our project manager, did an excellent job coordinating everything and keeping us informed along the way. We made a few changes during the project, and Gary and his crew handled them quickly and professionally. They made sure everything was just the way we wanted, even making adjustments to the tile alignment when we asked. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and always focused on making sure we were happy with the work. Our backyard looks brand new and is perfect for enjoying the Texas heat. We highly recommend this team for anyone looking to upgrade their pool and outdoor spaces!
