   I can’t say enough good things about the pool service team in Winter Park and the amazing pool they designed and built for us. From the start, Wyatt listened carefully to our ideas and really understood how we wanted to use the pool as a family. He made sure everything was both fun and safe for our kids, like making sure you could see the deep end clearly from inside and leaving plenty of space to walk all around the pool. Nolan was in charge of the construction and managed everything day by day. He and the crew always paid close attention to details, and they asked for my input throughout the process, making sure everything was done right—even fixing small things I wouldn’t have thought to mention. Whenever unexpected things came up, they had great advice and handled everything quickly. Wyatt also helped us design a covered patio, and they worked closely with the contractors to get it finished right along with the pool. Now that we’ve had the pool for a few months, I have to say the in-floor cleaning system is fantastic. I was unsure at first, but it keeps the water sparkling clean with hardly any extra work or chemicals from me. Their pool school and support after everything was done have been outstanding. We had a small issue come up recently, and after a quick call to Nolan, someone was at our house within a day to take care of it. Although we did have to wait a bit to get on their schedule because of high demand, it was definitely worth it. Even though other companies promised faster timelines, our pool was finished before others in our neighborhood who started earlier. I highly recommend this pool service for anyone in Winter Park looking to build or upgrade their pool!

   After recently updating our home in a modern style, my wife and I decided it was time to upgrade our pool area to match. Years ago, we had our backyard pool remodeled and it was such a smooth, positive experience that we knew exactly who to call for our new project. We reached out, and Geoffrey came over to chat with us and check out our pool and yard. We asked him to include our two favorite trees—a gorgeous Brazilian Pepper and a mature Olive tree—plus a beautiful water feature to really make the pool area stand out. Geoffrey had complete creative freedom besides those requests. Just a short time later, Geoffrey shared his design ideas with us. He really understood our vision and got it just right on the first try. The plan was even better than we expected! The whole pool service crew was fantastic—always professional, polite, and kept everything neat and clean every day. They did their best to make sure there were as few disruptions as possible. Now that the pool remodel is finished, our home in Winter Park looks more stunning than ever. Our two special trees fit perfectly with the new pool design, and the water feature is the highlight of our yard. We get compliments from neighbors and even people passing by often stop to admire the work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and the experience. Highly recommended for anyone in Florida looking to refresh their pool area!
