Look no further than Wahoo Pools!
I did my research for about two years because of all of the horror stories that I heard regarding pool builders. I probably had about a dozen quotes. I’m sure other companies would have done a decent job. However, I did not get the warm and fuzzy like I did while working with Clint.
Their service was spectacular. They communicated with me every step of the way and were not or bothered by me asking questions throughout the process.
We thought that their price was great, and their quality of build exceded our expectations.
Our project was a small one, yet high-quality. We chose to go with fiberglass paired with travertine.
The construction team, pool cleaners, flooring team, and Bibi were all amazing!
A few things that I didn’t know were that they would be providing me an initial pool cleaning kit and one month of pool cleaning included until all the chemicals were balanced, and the pool was clean. Food for thought.
If I was being a nit picky, I would say that I would’ve liked to have met the team a little sooner. However, I was a particular case, since I knew exactly what I wanted due to my extensive research and limited space.
All in all, I would highly recommend using Wahoo Pools as your pool builder!
We used Wahoo for our new pool build in South Tampa, and I am very happy with the overall service, price and speed that Wahoo provided.
From the start, our sales agent (Tim) was very patient with us as we worked through numerous design revisions, questions and price questions. We never felt pressured at any point in this process. We had also contacted several other companies during this time, and Wahoo offered the best overall price for the entire project.
During the build, there were some unexpected issues that popped up, but our main project manager (Dave) was always transparent with us and focused on delivering us a pool on-time. Dave delivered us a pool within 90 days and on budget as originally promised.
After the pool was filled, I can’t say enough great things about Bibi who taught us how to work our pool and Alex who came by to check the chemicals for the first several weeks. Both were extremely patient and went out of their way to answer any questions we had, including answering questions on nights and weekends.
Wahoo also has a great team behind the scenes, including Ashley, who worked with us throughout the permitting process and stayed connected with us throughout the build. Overall, I am happy to recommend Wahoo, and I think the results speak for themselves!
We chose Wahoo Pools because of the outstanding reviews on Google, and I’m glad we did. When we started the process, I expected a swimming pool contractor to have at least a handful of negative reviews due to things that inevitably go wrong, but that was not the case with Wahoo Pools We had a good initial design experience with Thomas, who listened to what we wanted and designed the pool exactly the way we asked, including the shape and the decking. We did not want an extravagant pool with lots of bells and whistles, and Thomas never pressured us to do that. Once the permitting went through, the construction moved very quickly led by Vinny and his team. Vinny certainly knows his stuff! We are extremely happy with the final product and think it’s beautiful. Sure there were a couple of minor hiccups with communication, but not anything like I feared. At the end of the day, Wahoo Pools wanted us to be satisfied with their product, and we certainly are. Once the construction was done, Bibi was excellent about explaining to us how to take care of our pool and operate the equipment, and Alex has been doing a great job with the chemicals and cleaning. We would happily recommend Wahoo Pools as a swimming pool contractor.
This is definitely a top notch team! If you are looking for uptight, unresponsive, pushy project manger…Clint is NOT your guy. From the first neeting, I knew we were in the right place. Clint helped bring our backyard oasis to life! The entire crew is amazing…thanks Joe, Nathan, Pete, Jim and all of the guys that worked this project. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Kevin who made sure we were satisfied with how the job was progressing. We were so impressed by their service team, we retained them to help with maintaining the pool. Bibi and Alex are rockstars when it comes to pool knowledge. We are extremely satisfied with the end outcome.
We had a wonderful overall experience with Wahoo Pools. Tim was our design consultant and provided in depth insight into our requests along with useful suggestions. Dave was our construction manager and while there were hiccups throughout the project with material and construction delays, we still had a great outcome. Bibi was assigned to us post production and was fantastic. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. We would definitely recommend Wahoo Pools!
