We cannot say enough wonderful things about Premier Pools and Spas. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Premier Pools was awesome to work with from start to finish. There wasn’t any high pressure sales tactics. Courtney designed our pool and worked with us the entire process. Anytime we had a question, she responded quickly. Courtney was great to work with. Joe was our project manager on site. Joe has a very upbeat personality. Any questions we had, he also was quick to respond to us. He informed us of what would be happening on the project as it moved along. The pool came out great and looks awesome.Thank you to everyone at Premier Pools!
Premier pools did an outstanding job building my pool. I am extremely happy, Joe, my construction manager had everything running smooth through the job. Very happy with it, and Courtney was amazing in the design of our pool that we wanted and really did a good design for me. If I was able to rate them higher than five stars I would give them a 10 plus.

When I first started shopping around for a pool company, it was between Premier and another small outfit. Like most people, I had searched on Google to see some of the top pool companies that may have come up with a simple search. I had noticed that Premier had the most positive reviews overall. After doing some further research, I realized they are a large, national outfit and have a high volume of pools they build.
Immediately, I could tell the difference between the two companies. Premier was very prompt in scheduling an in-home consultation. They arrived on time and took a view of our backyard and educated me on a number of things regarding pools as it was all new to me.
Afterwards, I was invited into the office to design the pool with a very impressive software program. They were very patient as some of the fine-tuning of the final rendering tends to take a while to finalize. Interestingly, Premier was right on par with the smaller outfit as far as price goes making us choose them. Once we had the rendering completed, we came in for a follow up appointment, which covered the selection of deck pavers, marcite color, tile color, etc.
Once the project started, we were assigned our project manager, Joe, who was fantastic. He was extremely communicative and was always calling to give me a heads up about what phase of the project would be completed that upcoming week. I must say, with all of the coordinating of different companies for each corresponding phase, this pool was completed extremely fast. The shell or shape of the pool was completed in roughly a month, exceeding my expectations. Also, there was some expected settling of the pavers on the pool deck, which they were always accommodating about and able to direct the appropriate company out to repair them as needed.
Making payments before each phase started was very simple. There was portal access created for me to see status updates, if necessary. The entire process was very transparent. In summary, I would certainly recommend them as they have a substantial operation, high volume of completed pools, strong contractor relationships, outstanding communication, competitive pricing and fast build times.
Working with Premier Pools & Spas here in Jacksonville was nothing short of amazing. After interviewing a few local companies, it was evident that Premier was easily the best.
Lee, Justin and Joe were an amazing team from start to finish. The process of designing and installing a pool can be quite overwhelming, but they made it very easy.
The technology they used to help show our design in our own yard took the anxiety out of the decision making process.
Communication is very important when working through a project like this and the team was always available to answer our (many) questions. No change request was too small and all our concerns seemed like priorities to them.
Premier Pools far exceeded our expectations and we have recommended them to many friends. We hope to work with them more in the future.
