   I want to thank all the people at The Pool Specialist for the outstanding service we received. THEIR COMPANY went above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated.

   Please let me explain, we originally had our pool resurfaced in 2022 and it looked beautiful. In the early part of July, I noticed a small section of the pool bubbling up and call Francisco and Mariel and explained the problem to them.

   Francisco was out a couple days later and said there was a material defect and it would be taken care of at no charge because it was under warranty.

   Imagine that, a company that honors their warranty with no questions asked.

   The Pool Specialist had a crew out in a couple of days, they took the pool down to the original concrete and then a separate crew came out later to resurfaced the pool and it looks beautiful.

   Fantastic job to all of their employees and it was great working with a company that honors their warranty and very professional while doing it.

   The pool specialists just resurfaced my swimming pool and changed the pump speed from single to variable. I am very pleased with their work. I am giving them a 5* with a grade A+. Francisco, their representative, is incredible. He is very knowledgeable. The information and input he provided were very useful in helping me make the right decision in my pool renovation. I would definitely recommend them

   Our pool surface was 20+ years old, badly stained and we were losing tiles all the way around. Francisco brought out tons of samples and worked with us to select what we wanted. A pebble finish and nicer looking 1×2 tile. He made suggestions, some we used others we decided against. But we were never pressured to go one way or the other. The pool surface came out great, the water color is a refreshing blue and it makes our new tiles sparkle all day long. We also had LED lights installed replacing old broken fiber optic lighting. I noticed my filter assembly was leaking, so now we’re having them come out and replace that as well. Francisco always had or was able to get me an answer along the whole process and we are excited to use our refreshed pool!!

   Very happy that we chose to go with the Pool Specialists! They are awesome! Francisco was a great person to deal with. He was helpful every step of the way. The quotes were detailed and specified exactly what was to be done. He was always very prompt in responding to my emails. I revised the quote several times and he was always happy to accommodate! In the end we decided to chose a pebble finish. Very happy with the results and the pool has never looked better!
   On a side note, I was getting quotes from two companies. The sales rep from the other company was trying to talk me out if a pebble finish…
   The best choice I made was to go with the pool specialists. Everything looks great and we are so happy and satisfied with the results!!
   Highly recommend you contact them and get a quote. Their services and professionalism is well worth it!

   These guys are the best! I had already planned to go ahead with another contractor but their quote was $ 2,000 under. The crews were professional, made repairs that I needed as well as new tile and plaster. The tile crew was here all day till 9:30 pm, no rushing just made sure it was all well done. Working with Vicky in the office and Francisco for scheduling could not have been easier. Thanks for a great price, quality job and keeping us informed along the way. I will not need them now for years to come but I am saving their number. If you need anything done to your pool call them first, you won’t be disappointed.
