   my husband and i recently had a fiberglass pool installed in our backyard. we were honestly surprised at how smooth and fast the whole process went, from the first meeting to swimming in our new pool. andrew was very knowledgeable and explained the different fiberglass pool options to us so we could make the best choice for our family. we ended up picking the bondi 40 model, and the crew had it installed in under two weeks! after everything was set up, andrew stayed in touch and answered all our questions about pool care and maintenance. we highly recommend this pool builder to anyone looking for great service and a beautiful new pool.

We made a few changes along the way, and the crew was flexible and happy to adjust to help us create our dream pool.    I want to share my experience with this pool builder. They are always quick to respond and really care about their customers. When I called about an issue with my pool motor, they scheduled a visit right away. Alex came out the next day, inspected everything, and explained what needed to be done. The parts for my pool were ordered fast, and my new motor was installed and working perfectly within two days. The whole process was smooth and easy. I’m very happy with their service and how friendly everyone was. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable pool work!

The main reasons were their quick responses and how much they cared about our questions. every time i reached out, they got back to me fast and really listened to what i wanted for my pool. trust was also important for us, and i always felt like things were clear and honest from the start. they even recommended against some pricier upgrades that i thought about, based on their experience, which made me feel like they had my best interest in mind. jonathan was our pool designer, and he did a great job bringing our ideas to life on paper. he knew what would work best for our backyard and gave us helpful suggestions for the layout and materials. when construction began, tom was in charge of the project, and he was fantastic. we got regular updates about every step, and if there were any schedule changes or weather delays, he always let us know right away. everything was done just as they promised, with no surprises. if you want a pool built and want things done right, i highly recommend this company.

   The team did a fantastic job explaining the entire pool building process and really listened to what we wanted for our backyard. After we agreed on the proposal, they got started right away and the construction went smoothly without any delays. The finished pool matched exactly what we had hoped for. John, the project manager, made sure to handle any questions or minor issues quickly after the pool was completed. We’re very happy with the results and love enjoying our new pool, especially in the Florida heat!
