Where do I start, Swimchem has always been there to take care of things in a timely, professional and efficient manner. They have always provided quality and honest service. We have been with them for several years will continuing to use them. I also love that they are super patient as I am the translator for my in laws who are senior citizens and only speak Spanish. Mike, Erick and Tony are always very respectful and nice and strive to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend Swimchem.
This company have employees who are very capable, courteous, on time
,and most important, the company is extremely honest with their billings. We ordered a service appointment with them one time and it so happened their technician was in the area, so he came and fixed our problem promptly. Instead of charging a service call plus labor, we were charged only $35. Where in today’s world can you have a technician come and fix something for $35? No one but a honest company. We are blessed to have found this wonderful company.
I had a complicated question and Jerry was prompt and informative in answering. It turns out Swim Chems procedures would alert me if the situation I asked about arose. Never leaving this great company!
Art has been over at my house for pool various issues over the years. He is the premier specialist on all things of pool equipment. He even fixed the solar system installed with an error by another company. The system actually never heated the water due to a wrongly installed sensor. He found the issue and fixed it.

Great company that does a good job. We have Swim Chem manage our chemicals in the pool and since day one it has looked good. They do wonderful work. And they fix other problems they encounter when doing the service. Highly recommend them to anyone with a pool.
