   We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Clarkson Pools from start to finish. Our pool was completed in just about 2½ months, and the entire process was smooth, organized, and well-communicated. The team at Clarkson Pools was incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail along the way.

   Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly, which made the whole process stress-free. Jim, Jeff, and John at Clarkson Pools truly turned our dream pool into a reality, and we’re so grateful for their hard work. We would absolutely recommend Clarkson Pools to anyone looking to build a pool.

   Clarkson did an incredible job on our pool/spa. Their team was very knowledgeable and professional. Design and construction was flawless and they went the “extra mile” on every aspect of this build. Even after completion they have continued to reach out and make sure we are good. Highly recommend them for any and all builds.

   We had a great experience working with the Team at Clarkson Pools. Shannon helped us pick the perfect colors for our pool and blue stone for our deck. Both turned out great exceeding our expectations!! Cole our project manager kept us informed on the execution plans so we knew exactly where we were on the schedule every week. He pushed hard to get our project done on time! And finally, Lance our project foreman is an absolute perfectionist. He ensured all pool tiles and blue stone grout lines were exactly where they were supposed to be! And he kept the work crew highly motivated. Clarkson is a premium pool builder and well worth the price!

   I custom designed my pool with PBJC aka Clarkson Pools n 2020-2021.it was a difficult time to be doing so, unbeknownst to all of us what would happen during the pros. Nonetheless, after an arduous process through COVID, hooray, the pool was completed!!! I chose to continue with Clarkson for regular maintenance as they knew my pool better than anyone else and gave a lot of accountability in the contract, as do I as the owner. It has been 4 years now of the best pool and the best service by all those techs who have taken good care of my treasured pool! But it must be said for all to hear, Karli is the most accountable employee at Clarkson Pools!!! She is extremely attentive to detail. Karli sends regular texts herself to clients regarding maintenance or weather schedule changes or information we need to be alert. She answers her phone….that’s right, I said she answers her phone!!!! She has never once been short, sour or remotely unprofessional in 4 years. She is the face of this company as far as I can tell and is adored by staff as a greater leader. Please honor and value Karli because that is exactly why I stay with Clarkson Pools!!!. Karli, I am grateful for your service and consistency in doing a superb job!

   My wife and I have been wanting to put in a pool for 9 years now. Our biggest fear was how long it was going to take and how OCD/ADD we are about things. We had the most exceptional experience. There wasn’t a single day my wife and I were unaware of any part of the process. Kyle was our Design Pro. We originally thought we had a very odd shaped back yard that wasn’t going to accommodate a pool worth the investment. Kyle and my wife came up with an awesome design that gave us far more pool than we expected. Debbie handled our contract, she was helpful and quick to reply. She made the payment process super easy. John Montgomery was our project manager. We can’t say enough about John Montgomery. I looked forward to his calls, texts and site visits for updates. Felt like a best friend stopping by. John’s entire crew (Jim, Darren, Josh, Dakota, Eugene, Antwan, Johnny, Jose, Chris L, Chris W, not to mention their sub-contractors ) were all awesome and friendly. The level of service and professionalism was top notch. We are so thankful we chose Clarkson Pools. We are even more thankful for John Montgomery, and how well he managed our project. The total process took only 11 weeks and 1-1/2 weeks was a delay on my end. Thank you all, even those we didn’t get the chance to meet. My wife and I truly appreciate each of you. I will recommend Clarkson Pools to everyone. Thank you so much for our backyard dream. It was a pleasure working with you. Would do it again,100 times over. Five stars!!
