Pools etc., was responsible for bringing my empty pool back in service after it was re-surfaced. They did an excellent job in balancing the chemicals to insure the correct pH which if not correct could damage the new surface material. Jose (2) was extremely knowledgeable of the chemical treating process and the office kept me informed of the maintenance schedule so that I knew the exact date and time of the next visit.
I have since then, brought Pools etc., on as my weekly pool service company.
I highly recommend them for pool maintenance and service.
I was a new customer but they were able to schedule my service quickly within 2 days. The technician Alen came on time, was very friendly and did a great job unclogging my water intake line and fixing other things in a short time. Price was great for the time he spent. Highly recommend.
This was my first appointment after becoming a new customer of Pools Etc. My technician was Edwin (a Senior Technician) and he was great – extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. He gave me a concise summary of the work he performed and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was most impressed that in answering my questions he used examples to support the overall maintenance of an efficient and healthy pool.
This company has provided programming and computer maintenance for us several times over the years as our needs evolved or the computer controlling the pump and heater needed adjusting. Always arrived on-time, worked quickly and never left without the issue being resolved. Very professional.
Pool Pump Repair – service was excellent. My Hayward pool pump had power but was not working and the technician trouble shot the problem and found that water for into the dash and shorted it. The technician just so happened to have a spare brand new dash and replaced it on the spot. Works perfectly again.
