Michael with NE Pool & Wash has been a great with servicing and cleaning our pool. His weekly services keep our pool beautiful blue. He is highly knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and always on time. Additionally, he communicates thoroughly and lets you know everything about your system. Truly deserves more than 5 stars, but that is high as it will allow.

His meticulous attention to detail ensures that my pool is always crystal clear and inviting. He expertly balances the chemicals, checks the equipment, and even offers tips for better upkeep. Beyond his impressive skills, he is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. It’s such a relief knowing my pool is in such capable hands. Michael saved my pool when it turned green. Instead of draining it and pressure washing he eliminated the algae and ever since with regular maintenance he saved my pool. Thank you NE Pool and especially to Michael for saving me a lot of money. I highly recommend them for their fast and experienced pool maintenance. Almost a year now and pool looks great!👍

Mike Murphy is the best! His attention to detail and addressing any issues has been so very helpful. He has also serviced equipment issues, and has taken the time to educate me in dealing with issues that may arise before his next scheduled visit. My pool has never looked better!
