   Shannon (owner) and his staff are awesome. Shannon is a professional irrigation man who knows exactly how to repair your system and very honest with his services, rates and quotes. He is on time, his rates are competitive and he is very helpful to home owners when problems arise. And most important, he is truly a very nice guy and patient, especially if you are new to owning and operating a lawn sprinkler system.

   Shannon’s staff are also very courteous, experienced and do a fantastic job. They clean up their work site, check your system to ensure it is working properly before they leave and will meet and/or exceed your expectations.

   I would highly recommend Austin Irrigation to any home owner or business.

   I called Austin Irrigation Specialists first thing on a Friday morning and was pleasantly surprised they were able to get me on the schedule right away. Shannon came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got to work immediately. What we initially thought was a minor pipe break turned out to be a more substantial problem, but Shannon handled it calmly and professionally the entire time.

   He worked most of the day and even came back on Saturday morning to finish the job. His attitude was great, the communication was clear, and his pricing was very fair for the amount of work involved. I’m happy to say I’ve found my go-to irrigation company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

   We had an emergency and Shannon arrived the next day and was honestly one of the kindest, easiest guys I’ve worked with. In a year or so we will redo our irrigation system and he will be the person I call, I can tell you that. Got the job done while I was working myself and just was so self sufficient, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Would rate 6 stars. Thank you so much!

   Shannon and his team were professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. He was able to fix all the issues and get us back up and running in no time. Highly recommend for all your irrigation needs! I only wish I would have found him sooner!

   Marissa Rodriguez

   Had them come out in late October to replace one spigot and after testing my whole sprinkler system and setting it, they found another that needed replacing—so good experience there. They mentioned ONE other sprinkler head that wasn’t working properly and I declined the replacement on that one(not all 27—like whoever responded said).
   Shortly after, a few of my spigots weren’t going down so I called and they said they’d happily have their guys come back out figure out what happened. So they came back out and checked out my sprinkler system. When they were done, they called me back outside and said all my spigots were replaced, including the ones I was just charged for in October, and told me how much I owed. I was confused because I had called them to figure out why 3 of my spigots weren’t going down after they came out to check on the system in late October, to now being charged for a whole systems(27!) worth of spigots?? Including the ones that they replaced in October. To add, they didn’t communicate what they were going to do till they they were done with the job and asked for payment and said they replaced all spigots. I reiterated it was only 3 that weren’t going down when I called them to check to see what happened since their last visit and they’d seen when the got to my house that only those 3 were out of the ground since the last run time—to now, none were going down and they’re all bad? That doesn’t make sense and the fact that they didn’t explain what they were going to do before it was all done and said I owed them money now is poor business and bad customer service.
