Our family worked with Blake at Pools123 DFW for our pool and backyard project and it was the most rewarding experience I think we could have had. To start, Blake and the entire team provided great customer service and were very easy to work with. When deciding between a fiberglass pool and a traditional gunnite, Blake really took the time to provide facts and data to us that made the decision to use a fiberglass pool the choice for us. He explained the whole install process and provided very detailed estimates that made the financial portion easy to understand. His experience in the pool design really showed up when he offered design options that really added value to our project. Once the install process was confirmed, we were provided with very detailed timelines and worked with Jocelyn to arrange dates and installs.
