I’ve cycled through a lot of pool cleaning and maintenance companies, and the place (almost) all of them have fallen down is simple reliability. Will they show up and do the work they’re contracted to do at an acceptable level of quality? Hill Country Pools is the exception. After six months of service, they have never missed an appointment, are excellent communicators and always work to a high level of quality. I’ve found that their rates are higher than some – but their additional quality is worth it.
Hill Country Pools has been maintaining our pool for many years. They regularly clean it and keep it chemically balanced. They have also been instrumental in upgrading the filter system to a more efficient system. We’ve always received excellent customer service from them, the pool cleaners are always polite and respectful. They are Good Folks to do business with.
