#1 landscaping in Texas. Fast, reliable, professional, and well recommended by lots of people. The Abescape team is the best when it comes to getting the job done.
This company was hired by the city of Austin for maintenance along Menchaca Road, but weed-whacked landscaping on my personal property in the process. I reached out to manager Armando Garza who promised to follow up on reparations, but he failed to live up to his promise.
Beautiful landscaping has just been completed on the front of our home! We are extremely pleased with all of the work. Estimates and contracts were provided and suggestions for the plan were excellent. The crew was amazing! They were always professional and willing to help if we had a question or concern about the work. They worked very hard to assure the job was well done and always cleaned up area at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company!
A verbal contract between myself and Abescape was based on a biweekly service. This lasted for two services. After that I did not hear from this company for over a month. I finally called Abe and left a message questioning the lack of professionalism from this company. I received a call back shortly thereafter indicating a crew would be at my residence the following day, but not before I’m told they have too many problems keeping men on hand for the work. This has been an ongoing excuse for this company. In any case, the following day came and went and no one came, no one called. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company because I really had high hopes in the beginning. Now I’m trying to decide if two stars is too generous. Ratings change–we’ll see what happens.
Had a hand-shake contract with this company for a commerical contract… after submitting their data to the client, they tried to squeeze for more money before they would sign the official contract. Found another subcontractor to complete the work that honored their original price. Will never do business with this company again…
