We were very happy with our experience working with Greggs Pools! From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and clearly cared about getting every detail right. Although we received bids and designs from 3 companies, we selected Greggs because of their knowledge during the design process. They helped us design the perfect pool for our backyard and guided us through each step of the process.
The installation went fairly smoothly, the workmanship is top-notch, and the final result looks even better than we imagined. Our family has already been enjoying our new pool, and the whole process felt stress-free thanks to Greggs Pools. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, honesty, and great service!
Gregg’s Pool Works built our pool and made the entire process easy from start to finish. They were always clear about what was happening, stayed organized, and were great about communication. The quality of the work really stands out, and our backyard has become a place we actually use all the time now. It was 100% worth it, and we’d recommend them without hesitation.
Always pleasant and my pool fellow Josh shows up every week. The filter cleanings by Adam are convenient and he takes before and after photos. Gregg’s Pool Works notifies you when they are coming out and after they are done. They are easy to work with when deciding if I should purchase the product my pool needs or go through them as for certain things it was cheaper to have them order the part.
We have been a customer of Gregg’s Pool Works for almost five years now. We are impressed by the service and the monthly service prices. Our tech, King, is wonderful and I can’t say enough good things about him. He is professional and helpful and he does a great job servicing our pool weekly. King always has a smile on his face and he genuinely seems to enjoy his job and that shows in his work and his attitude. We are satisfied customers and I recommend this company!
We just recently transitioned to Gregg’s Pool Works when our old service with Tim’s Pool Service closed its doors. We really liked Tim and was wondering if the service level would be the same but this past week’s storms proved Gregg’s is absolutely up to the task. After the recent run of storms, our pool was green and full of leaves but Michael showed up at his regular service time and incredibly the pool is blue and leaf free. I was out during the day so I don’t know how long he spent working on the pool but it was amazing. Gregg’s also has a website so we can pay through that and they always send me a picture of the pool after they service it which is great.
