I have ever had the honor of meeting Philip Sharpe has been involved with the pool industry for over 30 years and has been involved in several charitable organizations sponsoring scholarships, contributions toward many medical research organizations and has helped me and many others with our needs. I can not express in words my appreciation for all he has done to serve out community. Thanks to Phil and Susan for all they have done to serve us and our community.
I have worked with Phil and Susan at River City Pool Service for many years now not only at work but I also have referred them to friends and family that have pools at home. In fact they are currently taking care of my parents pool and they could not be any happier. Thanks guys for ALWAYS taking care of me.
Unprofessional to say the least! Had a brand new filter and pump installed two months before they took over servicing my pool, within 2 weeks of them taking it over, the filter cartridge was cracked and the pump broke…. when I questioned if the Jandy valves (ability to shut off flow into and out of pump and filter) were closed and the pump deadheaded, I was berated by them and told they’d been doing this for 30 years, they never make mistakes, blah blah blah. Well I took the pump apart and found the impeller shaft sheared off the motor…. that’s caused by hydro locking a pump aka dead heading it. Thanks for doing at least $500 in damage! Steer clear of them!!!!!!!!
So unprofessional. Leave the water running to the pool when no one is home, show up with a big gulp drink and cigarette in hand, leave your pool looking like a swamp but then lie and say someone has been servicing the pool. Steer clear of these people unless you want your money to go in the garbage every month and your pool to be very unusable.
Honest and sincere people who can handle just about any swimming pool challenge you’ve ever seen. More than 30 years experience, and it shows.
