Great service and responsiveness. My heater needed service and I called Pure Pool, they responded right away and had a service person out within 2 days. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend you call them if you are in need of service.
Mike and his team are wonderful to work with ~ I use them for all of my pool inspections and repair services for my real estate clients. They are professional, dependable and always willing to step up when needed.
So impressed with the folks at Pure Pool Solutions. I had a bit of an urgent issue that needed repair. Called around and Michele, owner, was incredibly helpful and arranged for her tech to come out next day! Carlos showed up the next day and knew what the problem was immediately. He had it resolved in short order and even provided helpful tips and information on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I’ve got this company programmed in my phone now and wouldn’t hesitate to call again or recommend them. Thank you Michele and Carlos!
We inherited Pure Pool when we bought our house. Over the years they have consistently provided quality service. We have never had a problem with our pool thanks to them. Lastly, we have found their employees professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
