I’m a new pool owner. Just had one built and never had one before. Mike was fabulous. A construction defect left plaster jamming a valve. Mike showed me the problem and quickly fixed it. No upselling. He also answered all my questions, explained many things and took his time. He definitely has me as a new customer.
Mike came by to check out my aging pool equipment and to look at possibly replastering my pool. He was on time and professional. I felt like he took his time while figuring out exactly what my issues were. Initially I thought I needed to replace the heater at a cost of 2=3000 but Mike figured out it could be repaired for 500 instead of replacing. He was knowledgeable in his field and took the time to explain my options. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again!
Mike has done a number of repairs to our pool. All work has been done promptly by knowledgable, likable workmen. Mike is a pleasure with which to do business. I highly recommend using his services for all you pool requirements.
Heinz and his team did a great job with our pool, pebble surface, new tile, waterfalls, the works. Communication was great throughout the whole job. Price was fair and pool got done ahead of schedule. Heinz brought some cool ideas to the table too, helping with design aspects. Two thumbs up, I’ve already referred them to friends and family.
