   We are absolutely in love with our new pool, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Oak Wells Aquatics! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and honestly enjoyable — not something you always hear with big home projects!
   A huge shoutout to Jason, who brought our vision to life and helped us design the perfect pool for our family. His creativity and attention to detail set the tone for everything that followed.

   Madison, our on-site pool manager, was fantastic — organized, responsive, and always made sure things stayed on track. Bailey handled the permitting process seamlessly, keeping things moving behind the scenes without a hitch.

   We also appreciated Danielle, who kept us informed every single week with emails outlining the next steps. Her consistent communication was so helpful and gave us peace of mind throughout the process. And last but not least, Aimee did a phenomenal job cleaning the pool and walking us through “Pool School,” teaching us exactly how to operate everything with confidence.

   So many others helped along the way too — it’s clear this is a great family-owned business that truly cares about their customers and the quality of their work.

   What really stood out was how no time was wasted. Every phase moved swiftly and smoothly — no delays, no surprises, just top-notch execution and stellar workmanship. The quality of the build is outstanding, and the final result exceeded all our expectations.

   Overall we were satisfied with everything, except overspray of the concrete got on our windows and vehicles and am still waiting for something to be done about it. The pool came out fabulous. And Russell and Amy were amazing!

   Oak Wells Aquatics was great. Mr Oaks Paul Aimee and Dylan are very hands on and are experts in what they do. Danielle is on point with providing updates EOW and forecasting following week consistently. They will do the job until the job is done right. We have a gorgeous pool. Thank you OWA!!

   Just wanted to drop a quick review of Oak Wells Aquatics. This is the third pool company I’ve used in my life time to construct pools at my home. I must say this has been by far the best overall experience from top to bottom, start to finish. I interviewed 3 different pool builders in and around the Jacksonville area. Oakwells was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. The entire process from the initial meeting with Matt Powers, to the initial construction meeting with Madison, to the explanation of the final product and pool school with Amy exceeded my expectations. Communication during all phases was simple and any concerns or questions were met with patience and knowledgeable explanations. I can say this is the company you want to construct your pool. Thank you guys for such a wonderful pool building experience.
