Personal Touch does a great job. They come weekly and have never missed an appointment in over 5 years. My pool always looks perfect. When something wears out they fix it. They are by far the best pool service company I have ever worked with.
Pool maintenance and repair for both equipment and surfaces . We’ve been a customer for 15 years and have received top notch attention and priority service. Matthew saved our pool by taking our call very after hours and walking us through the winter storm and on how to winterize our pool – much later than any business normally answers the call. Blake and team maintain and care about our pool as if it was theirs. They feel like family and can be trusted with anything and everything pool and more.
Highly recommend Personal Touch. The fellow who services our pool is competent, professional, friendly, and on time every time. Our pool is perfect 365. If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would give whatever is the highest.

I’ve been really disappointed with this company.
Today, the employee stepped in poop and smeared it off all over our concrete by the pool. We have tons of grass and gravel, but we watched as he scraped it off on our pool walkway.
Also, we put a pool cover on in the fall but continued paying over $300 for them to come out, check the levels, add zero chemicals, and leave. I called in November to see if there was a discount and was told it should have started as soon as the tech saw the cover. But she also told us we need to call to check. (??)
We were overpaying for the winter service. We were told the owner would call us regarding a refund or credit and never got a call.
The cost during the summer makes a little more sense as they clean the pool and actually work. But watching guys come out, bend down, and walk away without so much as adding a chemical or taking out a leaf is NOT worth hundreds a month.
Unfortunately I’ll be calling to cancel my service tomorrow.
