I highly recommend Olympic Pool & Spa Supplies. I have been their customer for over 5 years and they have never failed to respond quickly and professionally to any issue that has come up with my spa. Their fist job was to bring an old inoperable system back to life and they have maintained it ever since. OP&SS’s prices are always fair, and extra work that is not needed is never suggested. It’s always a pleasure to call Tai, because I know he will come out address any problem quickly professionally.
Just yesterday, he came out and once again repaired my 30 year old spa heater. It’s now working great! If you have any issues with your spa or pool feel confident in calling OP&SS.
this is a pricey pool shop in a pricey hood. they have everything and in a storefront feel. the customer service is EXCELLENT. the one guy hustles that store, hes good, fair and he knows what hes talking about. you can trust him. you’re gonna pay tho, ok?

They are scammers!
They came to my house on their own will and sent me a bill for $145!
I didn’t even asked them to come to my house but they came and just to give estimate after a phone conversation, they billed me for $145 and keep sending me bills to pay and bugging me
And more scary thing is they come to my house without any notice, just like stalkers!!
Please through my experience, I seriously don’t recommend them, I wish no one goes what I had to go through…
They don’t have much business so their younger brother, only does billing and billing and billing to get money for what they haven’t done.
Once you meet them, misery starts….. my misery started with them with phone call, my biggest mistake was gave them my address to start consulting on my pool job….
And they are 30 ~ 40% more expensive than other pool stores since they hire 2nd people after they got the job from you…..
The service is a total crap shoot ! One month they are attentive and the next you have to beg them to add chemicals to the pool and actually sweep it (we installed an automatic pool sweeper and they quite often do not empty that out). I’ve been home when they didn’t know I was there and they spend about 5 minutes without even checking the chemicals in the pool. They have automatically billed us for chlorine tablets when there is a bucket of them sitting by the pool equipment. Any request usually takes more than one call to accomplish. Good Luck if you choose this place !
Drove one hour to buy a air relief for my filter, store closes at 5pm, arrived at 4pm and they were closed
