I used to trust their work. Now it’s just shoddy and they won’t return to fix their own mistakes. Find anyone to handle your repairs other than them.
I spoke to him on the phone and made plans for him to come to my house yesterday at 5 o’clock to take a look at the project and give me a quote. At about 6 o’clock he started texting me that he was running late at 6:30 he said he was on his way and I told him that I had other plans at that point. So we decided that he would come today at 5 o’clock well at 6:30 I finally got through to him And he said he wasn’t going to be able to make it and I explained that I had been waiting for him for two hours today and I left work early. Really unprofessional I wouldn’t trust this guy on my property, much less pay him a dime. run the other way.people
After I left a message at another company, I called Sprinkler Repair Service and Javier answered. I explained what I needed and he advised he could help me first of the following week. He answered my text and came to the house just when he said he would. Javier did a thorough job re-routing our irrigation wires, replacing all the valves, and making sure it all worked. When I asked if he could change one of the stations to drip, he was able to install a regulator to make that possible. He was professional the entire time and he cared about making the system work like new. Look no further for sprinkler repair. Javier is the best!
Javier did a great job installing my new system. Unfortunately the gardener may have accidentally clipped a couple of sprinklers – Javier came out promptly to make the necessary adjustments.
The prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend this company.
