I have been using EmeraldPool care for the past 18 months… the technician is scheduled weekly for general cleaning and chemicals. We discuss any changes that may need to be resolved and if necessary he will contact the office for follow up. It has been a pleasure to have Cody now as the primary technician for this route… he is timely and very respectful, he knows what needs to happen with the pool, I love the consistency!
In addition to Cody, Adan has been my go to for addressing the pool equipment. He too is respectful and very professional as to what should be replaced and what can wait.
The fact is the company is more interested in maintaining relationships than upselling when you don’t need it.
Emerald built our pool, completing the work in June 2024. We signed up for Emerald’s weekly pool maintenance, paying the annual amount for that service. We were very pleased and re-enrolled for another year. They have changed the weekly service dates a couple of times (which they have every right to do under the terms of the service agreement) and it’s been fine as they’ve been really good about communicating in advance. We are very pleased with the cleaning/maintenance efforts. Also great is the weekly report synopsis, with pictures, showing what all was done with that week’s cleaning. William has been the most recent service technician and he’s done a super job. It’s clear that doing a good job is important to him and he doesn’t just rush to get through and on to his next appointment. If you’re looking for a pool cleaner, you should strongly consider what Emerald offers.
Cody does an excellent job maintaining our pool! He’s always on time, professional, and takes great care to make sure everything is running perfectly. It’s clear he takes pride in his work—our pool has never looked better. We really appreciate his consistency and attention to detail. Highly recommend Cody for anyone looking for reliable and top-quality pool service!
