Huge thanks to Ben and Katie for all their hard work with our pool. One of the benefits of dealing with a small family own business is you get that customer care and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Katie has gone above and beyond with helping me find the best deal for my salt generator and even installed it on a crappy rainy day lol. She’s absolutely awesome wonderful communication and genuine good hearted person!! Absolutely love VIP pools down to earth no trickery just great service at an affordable price! I would highly recommend their services to anybody that needs to break away from being a number from these big pool service companies!

A big thanks to Ben and Katie for helping me get the water balanced and my new pool off to a great start. Their business puts customers first and it shows in how responsive they’re to any and all questions, as well as taking the time to explain best practices to me in detail. After my pool was built, the water balance was all out of whack, within a month of their service I saw positive changes – and after two months of their service, the water balance was right where it needs to be. Thanks again for being customer focused and always doing the right thing when it comes to pool care.
Katie came to the rescue after dealing with some bad service from the other pool company we were using (Economy Pools) and she went out of her way to make sure things were takin care of. I immediately canceled with the other company and have been using VIP pools for a couple months now. Not one issue so far and Katie is very easy to get in touch with and help with any questions I have. Pool has been sparkling clean ever since she took over. Its a big relief having one less thing to worry about on my airbnb house. Highly recommend using VIP Pools!
