Richard and the team are amazing! Very informative and answered all our questions. They have all the different brands built on two decks so you can truly feel the look and texture out in a real demo environment. If you’re serious about a deck project, you better come here or you’ll regret it.
I placed an order and unfortunately ordered extra material. When I called to inquire about a return, the service was terrible and they told me they were better off, not even getting involved in the sale. I’ve spoke to three different reps here and all three had terrible customer service. Which is unfortunate because they do have a good showroom.
Great customer service! Over the phone sales are easy and my workers are In and out.
On our way to Costco, we stopped by. Me and my girls had been in to see the samples already. Great opportunity to take my wife. This was on 3/29 at around 2:40 pm. We went up to the front doors and they were actually closed. On our way back to the car, we were looking at the sample decks they have and this guy pulls up from the back area of the store. From his truck, which is about 50 yards away, he starts yelling – “oh no! Get out! Get out now! Out! Out! OUT NOW!!! He’s sitting in his truck, dismissively waving his hands around, yelling with no explanation as to why. We got in our car and left. We won’t be back.
Worse place for decking materials. I loaded up my truck of decking materials after waiting for at least 30 minutes. They folklift my materials and left the folklift behind my truck and told me to unload it myself. “Unbelievable” I was nearly done and noticed a damaged piece (see photo). When I asked to have this piece replaced, the answer was shocking! “Either you take it or leave the whole order.” I was like… OMG! They refunded me and naturally, I left. Waste of time. I honestly don’t know how these people stay in business.
