Some time ago I was looking for a pool vacuum, I wanted something reliable and durable, that can last for years and easy to repair. Chris, recommended one that they had at the store, I have been using the machine for months, and I am very happy with the purshase. That vacuum has saved me hours and hours of pool maintenance. With dusty days like the ones with have in El Paso, having a pool vacuum is a must.

During my search for a replacement pool pump due to an unexpected breakdown, I contacted several pool supply stores. Unfortunately, none of them had the specific pump I required in stock. However, I was fortunate to encounter Frank, who went above and beyond to assist me. Despite the store’s imminent closing time, Frank diligently searched their warehouse inventory and managed to locate the pump I needed. He then coordinated with the owner to ensure its prompt delivery the following day, enabling me to resolve the issue expeditiously.

The best customer service I’ve experienced with a pool supply store, by far. I highly recommend them for any of your pool supply needs. Frank ensured my concerns were taken care of from the get go, and the follow up to my concerns were a much appreciated act of kindness

I was very pleased with the service at Clear Water Pools. Frank was very knowledgeable about pools and gave me excellent tips on how to make my pool easier and more fun to swim in. The prices were very reasonable much less than other pool store.

Brand new plaster pool and we were recommended to put 22 lbs calcium increaser in our pool. Luckily we only put un the 7lbs bag after dissolving it in a bucket of water. A few days later the entire bottom of our pool is stained and will not come up. I suppose it is our fault of not triple checking the chemicals we were adding but then again we trusted the expert. Pool was perfect before walking into this place. Very upset
