After the recent storms our pump quit working. We called pinch a penny and they told us we needed to replace the entire pump. Pooltastic came out and noticed it was simply a wiring issue! Saved us thousands of dollars! Jason and Stephanie are AMAZING!
Stephanie and Jason are the best duo when it comes to taking care of pools for customers. I have used them more than once, and they exceed my expectations every time. After I bought his house with a pool, the 1st issue years ago was pool equipment got damaged during winter freeze. No industry parts were available to fix the equipment, but Jason was able to repair. 2nd time pool cleaner pump went out and they were out to replace. Now, the pool light went out just before the 4th July and they were able to get out here on their busy schedule to get me squared away. I am forever grateful for Stephanie and Jason. If you need your pool fixed, maintenance, or even advice, Pooltastic is the company you should use.
1st go with Pooltastic and the experience was FANTASTIC. A couple of our LED lights burned out and they requested pics of the lights, which we sent. Pooltastic put us on the schedule and Stephanie followed up via text when they were arriving. Her communication with us was on target and on time and showed up to replace the lights. They are a professional, thorough and well prepared team that I will call for any and all repairs on our pool in the future. This is one of those companies you put on speed dial in your phone whenever you need pool service. Highly recommend!
I called Pooltastic with a problem. They did not answer and I left a message. A few hours past and I figured I’d call someone else. However, Stephanie texted me and asked me about my problem. I described what was happening and she walked me through some possible solutions. She was so kind and professional. I even asked her for a bill because she saved me money. She would not accept it. I will never call another pool repair company ever again. It’s Pooltastic for me!
Pooltastic is by far the best all around Pool servicing company! We love to see Mark every week come and diligently take care of our pool with great detail and pride in his work. Stephanie provides absolute best customer service and Jason is highly skilled and expert in the business. As new pool owners we tried several other companies with horrible service. We are so happy we found Pooltastic.
