Surfside pools truly saved us when we had an issue with our pool. They were out here super fast, assessed the issue and fixed it all within 24 hours. Their communication was great and kept me in the loop the whole time. I would highly recommend.
Our experience with SurfSide Pools & Spa was excellent! The entire staff took care of our needs every step of the way. The company returned our initial phone call quickly. When Scott came to our home, he listened to our vision, and guided us through the process with confidence. The digital rendering left nothing to the imagination; this special touch helped us to see exactly what we were buying. Throughout the process the team at SurfSide communicated daily with us. If there was a delay due to weather or other extenuating circumstances, it was communicated immediately. Their crew was extremely professional. Everyday the crew made sure our gate was secured (to keep the dogs safe), the work area was always kept clean, and any debris from construction was removed immediately. As the pool was coming to it’s end of construction, the crew communicated next steps and even gave us detailed instructions on how to maintain the life of the pool. Throughout the process we made changes, which required changing the initial contract. This process was made easily, the quotes were given almost immediately. At no point did we feel that SurfSide pressured us or made us feel like we a nuisance. Most of the time, we felt like we were their only client. We highly recommend using SurfSide Pools & Spas.
SurfSide Pools & Spa was an excellent company and staff to handle my pool renovation we started Jan 6, 2025! The entire staff took care of our needs every step of the way. As an engineer type person I had lots of questions and they answered them as the experts. Surfside is a long standing local company I have used of the 20 years of my pool and the only one I would use and trust. When Scott came to our hose, he listened to our needs and concerns, and guided us through the whole process with no issues.
We met in showroom and picked out our tile, grout and marcite colors, as we were have the entire inside of the pool and spa re-done with all new tile and marcite. Some may hear about stories in the news on pool companies, but the only story here was satisfaction with a great job. Any pool renovation like this is an undertaking but all went well even though mother-nature decided we needed snow here during the process. From the owner Scott, Emily in remodel, Ken on site supt., Julie in repairs and the pool clean/test people and support that did the tile and marcite, it was a pleasant experience and done in a timely manner, even with snow.

I did opt to have them bring the pool chemistry and pool back in service which as a good choice for me, as they are the experts. Throughout the process we made changes, and some things came up like a leak on an old pipe system which required changing the initial contract. This process was made easy, and the quotes were given almost immediately with an easy way to pay on line. We highly recommend using SurfSide Pools & Spas.
Just had Surfside replace the tile and interior finish in our pool that they built back in 2006. It’s remarkable how great the pool held up but now it looks fantastic! Everyone we worked with was super helpful and friendly. These guys are easy to work with, do great work and ended up being the most reasonable of the 3 quotes we got while shopping. I’ll definitely use them again should the need arise!
These people are terrific. They had built the pool in the house I bought and have serviced it from day 1. They replaced the salt cell for free when it was out of warranty by 2 months – cost 2k. Staff are awesome – polite friendly and helpful. Julie the service coordinator pretty much can diagnose an issue over the phone. Simply great company!
