Very unprofessional, my wife was driving down the road running a few errands. Then a rock came off the untarped ten yarder and hit my wife’s windshield She pulled out her phone to get information from that vehicle. Where that rock came from and found out it was Chance Material. I contacted the company and got a hold of the general manager at first they said they would replace my wife’s windshield and then they decided because the video did not show the rock hitting the bottom corner right of the driverside window that they will not replace it. Even if it was a dash cam, it wouldn’t show a rock, hitting the bottom corner of the driver’s side window the truck it was completely in D.O.T violation if the rock was any bigger, they could have ran my wife right off the road. He said, just take it up with your in your insurance. This is a risk on public streets and highways, risking people’s lives and not even caring or fixing a mistake that was done by one of their vehicles.
I have used them on Numerous construction jobs around Carlsbad and enjoy working with them. I do not have any complaints and appreciate them working with me on Scheduling and pricing. Very good company…
They are very professional and go the extra mile for the customer. Rafael was amazing to deal with and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this company to everyone.
