   After talking with four different deck builders in Houston, we decided to go with Houston Deck & Builders to replace our 720 square foot deck. Brett was the most prepared and professional out of everyone we met. he provided their contractor license, references, and brought samples of all the deck materials we were interested in. he even dropped off extra samples and answered all of our questions quickly and clearly. we also got the best price, which was much better than the other companies we talked to. the construction crew was very professional, showed up right on time, and even finished the job ahead of schedule. they paid close attention to what we wanted and even took care of a few extra repairs on our house’s walls and trim. Ian regularly checked in on the crew’s progress and made sure everything was done just the way we wanted. we really love our new deck, especially the TimberTech/Azek’s Vintage Collection in Coastline color—it goes perfectly with our home, and the composite is so easy to take care of. no more worrying about maintenance! we highly recommend using this company if you’re looking for a new deck in Houston.
