   Cost Plus Pools built our pool over 15 years ago, and it’s still fantastic. We recently had an electrical issue, and they came back after all this time and fixed it for free! Outstanding customer service and true dedication to their work. Highly recommend!

   This is an updated review of approximately a year and half ago. I have mixed feelings as I had said before in my previous review that for the price of everything we received no one else could have matched. The problems stem from the fact that the pool has been leaking from the spa first and now due to not being taken care of the pool has cracked now. Saul did send out workers to place patches but it has taken months to get this done. In that time my water bill and bill for salt has increased significantly due to the leaking. I am still waiting to have the spa completed as it has been in about 1.5 months since it has been just in a state of being stripped down to the cement. The patches to the pool cracks seemed to help from about 1 month but now I am losing water and salt again and I have seen new cracks develop in the pool. I have reached out to Saul many times with emails and text and he usually responds very quickly but the time frame from when I let him know the workers have not shown up to when some kind of work gets one is weeks to months on end. Again my mixed feelings are because yes he is a nice person, the cost has been great, and the initial construction was great (a bit off the timeframe though), however the pool is not even 2 years old and this is a major problem that needs to be resolved. I will continue to work with him but my options are running out on what I have to do to get this taken care of. I will definitely update this with another review to let everyone know of the outcome. I hope to be able to raise the rating back to where it was originally at.

   From begining it was horrible it was finished like like 2-3 months late kept being promised it will be done on specific dates it wasn’t now that its in it keeps cracking and holes keep popping up in the hot tub the pool has been leaking they say its now now but well see they took my gate off and just barely put it back on telling me it was off when they got there the pool cover the pool came with has not been cut to size I was told it would be just an overall horrible experience i wish I can just get my money back cause now im stuck with a pool amd hot tub that keeps cracking and holes please stay away oh the side walls of the pool still have paint tape it doesn’t look professionally done very poor

   I had been contemplating getting a pool build for the last four years but delayed going through with it due to all the horror story’s I heard about the finished product and contractors. After doing much research and getting estimates Cost plus Pools appeared to be the best choice for us. This was easily discovered when Saul Saldivar the owner quoted prices and went out of his way to accommodate our budget and deliver our dream pool. Since then we have had no problems and when uncertain about equipment operations, Mr. Saldivar has always replied in a timely manner. I would with out a doubt recommend Cost Plus Pools to anyone considering having their dream pool build.

   This company was the best all around for quality, professionalism, cost, and overall workmanship. The owner is on it and will send guys out fast to help with anything they can. Even the workers know how to interact with the client. I wanted something simple with a classy touch and they delivered plus some. Highly recommend.
