Urban Desert Pest Control is an excellent company and would highly recommend them! From Steve coming out within a day to inspect the situation and then giving me the estimate to when Tony and Ian came out to my house and fully explained everything that they were doing. They answered all my questions and then some. They reasured me that what they did will take care of my termite issue. They were very knowledgeable, polite and extremely kind. Urban Desert is lucky to have these wonderful employees working for them. I appreciate all that you did and I want to Thank you so much! Great job and Great company!
Romario was a super fine man. His assistant Ean was a super fine assistant. So detailed and precise was the service from Desert Urban pest control. Thank you both for such caring and professional service! Wow… super to say the least! Cannot recommend them enough and Stephan ( Steve ) was a super man as he was so kind and found all our bugs old damage and new and drew out a plan at extremely good price! Thank you Steve!
What else can I say that everyone else hasn’t already said, but this company is amazing from top to bottom! They take great care of our house. We have zero issues. Their communication is always stellar! Great people, Robert takes great care of us, and he obviously knows his stuff! Highly recommend them!
Fantastic pet control company! Owner was great, explained everything and answered questions. Very knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy and received regular updates. Steve was awesome. Was right on time. Did a great job. He was very friendly and took time to answer questions. Actually walked the termite area and did additional treatment of room to assure they were not coming back. Very thorough. Even foamed the wall at baseboard as to minimize any visible evidence of treatment. Will definitely go to Urban Desert Pest Control for any future needs and recommend them to anyone. It’s difficult finding a trustworthy company who cares about their customers and does quality work.
Brandon and his teammate were professional, polite and did a good job. They took time to explain things and answer our questions and clean up the worksite well after all is done. We are happy with the service and would hire again. Their price is most competitive among the quotes we got.
