   Juan did a fantastic job installing our sprinkler system. He was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. He has come back a few times to adjust the sprinklers at no charge. He is reliable and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

   These guys are awesome! The recently serviced my house, & they did an awesome job, they charge a good price! Now I will say, they do take a while make an appointment. You do need to set up with them at least a month in advance. But for the price & AMAZING service? Worth the wait!

   Called and got an estimate back in August 2021 and I called them immediately to say I would like to contract them. The price was reasonable and they were pretty explicit about what I’d get. They finally had room on their schedule for November, completed the drip system installation in 2 days and were extremely professional in the process. I would highly recommend to anyone.

   They were on time and did the repair with quality materials and even took the time to show me how to fix a cracked line, should another one happen, which I appreciate! Very friendly and professional, I would recommend this company to anyone! (Also, took a minute to show me how to trim my agave plant! Very nice!) Additional kudos to the receptionist, who was upfront about the wait time to be scheduled while also putting me on a cancellation list if something came up sooner. I had originally scheduled the repair with the company who installed my irrigation system and ended up wasting two days waiting for them to come without receiving any communication or a call back. Glad I ended up booking with the Sprinkler Guy after that! I know businesses have been busy, so I appreciate honesty and punctuality for scheduled appointments!

   Tried to schedule an appointment with this company only to be rudely told that they “will contact us and to stop calling them” after not hearing from them for almost a week. Then they randomly showed up claiming they called me the day before when they didn’t. Then when I called to figure out what was going on I was told I was crazy and a liar by the rude female receptionist. Ridiculously unprofessional company…call logs don’t lie!!

   (The people who actually came to do the job on the other hand were great – no complaints there. They got the job done quickly. )
