Do not buy from this supplier. I called and asked if I just need to get a small amount of crushed fines in my pick up to finish a job and ask the office people how much and they stated it would be 55$ per ton. I got all loaded up and went to pay and turns out there’s a HALF TON MINIMUM that I was not told when I EXPLAINED what I needed and the COST! I would have never came to this place and paid 30$ for 350 pounds!! This place is a joke and will not tell you things till it to late so they can make a sale! SHAME ON YOU MONTANO you lost buisness from a small landscape buisness.
Website says they open at 7am waited till 9am no one showed up about 12 trucks where waiting we all left. Waisted everyone’s time. Update your hours if you don’t open the time you say you’re going to be open.
Albert Montano Sand and Gravel. I’ve been coming to Albert Montano Sand and Gravel for 12 years. The service and products are exemplary. Today was a good example: I came for a load of gravel and to load it in my trailer required backing it into a narrow place where it would be loaded by a hopper. I’m terrible at backing up the trailer and explain that to the man driving the front loader. He immediately and cheerfully said, “I’ll do it for you.” He could back up my trailer better than I can drive forward with it! I discovered that the man who help me was Albert Montano, the owner. Always great service and product. Very highly recommend.
