I’ve had several projects done over about 3 years and FW Lawn Sprinkler Company does a great job every time. My most recent service was the most involved with a re-routing and new relay. The team was fantastic to work with, answered all my questions, and understood how it would work with extending a concrete slab. They even went above and beyond by ensuring my new spray heads didn’t have too much overlap and prevented future flooding. (Something I hadn’t considered.) Thank you!!
Fort Worth Lawn Sprinkler did an amazing job with my new sprinkler system. Starting with Alan who explained the system and and answered all my questions. Nathan was also great to answer questions after the installation. Great communication and honest company. The installation team was professional, on time, efficient, cleaned up everything and exceeded my expectations. It was difficult to find a company to do a new residential sprinkler install, but this was not a challenge for this great company. I highly recommend!
Company wants to charge ($200)$160 service + $40 equipment fee just to give me a quote. Not sure I’ve ever paid to get a quote before. Checked reviews and seem they always blame clients when things go wrong. Not opening that can of worms.
Fort Worth Lawn & Sprinkler was amazing to work with. I called in and gave the symptoms of the issue I was having. Before they came out, the young lady that was helping me suggested multiple things for me to check to avoid a service call. She was also very clear on pricing to be expected for multiple possibilities and solutions. I wanted to be there when they came out and they worked around my schedule very easily. The technicians were very helpful with the explanation and they followed up with the city to fix the issue.
My Mother passed away and I did not know how to set the sprinkler system. I called them and they scheduled a quick appointment. The young man who came out was very good. He not only set the timer but he also checked all the heads, cleaned out a few nozzles and really went the distance on customer service. I would use this company again and I would recommend this company as well.
