   Richie Pool is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to remove their pool. As someone who had an old pool that was taking up too much space in my backyard, I called Richie and was incredibly impressed with his services.

   Richie arrived on time and spent a considerable amount of time going over various options for pool removal. He provided fair quotes for each option, and he guided me through the process of collecting and preparing the necessary documents for permits. Richie even applied for the permits and arranged inspector visits, taking the stress out of the process for me.

   One of the most impressive things about Richie and his team was their attention to detail. They made sure that all utilities, including electric, water, and gas, were properly sealed and turned off according to code. The demo job they did on the pool was fantastic, and they filled up the area with precision and care.

   Richie and his team were clearly very experienced in what they do. They took great care to compact the area well to reduce land settlement, ensuring that my yard would remain stable in the future. Their clear communication, work ethics, dedication, and punctuality were all outstanding, and I would highly recommend Richie to anyone looking to remove their pool.

   We had a great experience while working with Richie for removing our 30+ years old pool. The side entrance to our home is small for required bobcat to fit in. When we first contacted Richie, he was quick to respond and accommodated us within 3 weeks of initial discussion. He ensured to get the permits quickly and identified the common fence between us and our neighbors that had to be removed to allow bobcat to fit in. Overall the work took 6 days from start to finish to fill in our 10×30 ft pool with 8ft depth. He ensured to walk us through the whole process and also spoke with our old neighbor to guarantee the fence and door will be put right back in after the work. He was responsive and easy to work with. We just had the city inspection last week and it went smooth. Overall, we recommend Richie Bobcat Pool removal service.

   We needed to remove our old in-ground pool as we could no longer control the algae and needed to replace the water. I got a quote from Richie and one other contractor in Concord for buildable removal, but decided to go with Richie even though his quote came in a little higher. He did a good job answering my questions and I like that he is local.

   Richie was able to get the permits and start the job ~6 weeks later. Appreciate he was a willing to coordinate around my business trip. Also, the weekend before they were to start we found out one of our neighbors was planning a backyard gathering on Monday. I texted Richie on the weekend and he said no problem, they would start on Tuesday.

   Once the team showed up to start the job, they were great at communicating what they were planning each day. They had to remove a section of fence and a small greenhouse to gain access. They also decided not to risk damaging our old driveway with the heavy trucks, so fill dirt was dumped in the street and transferred to the backyard with the bobcat. This showed me that they really care and are thoughtful about what they are doing. I was able to go to work each day without worrying about being there to supervise.

   The team showed up each day as scheduled and after the concrete demo, rebar cutting, ~28 truck loads of dirt dumped in the hole and compacted, the job was completed in ~9 business days as estimated. They did a good job cleaning up and hauling everything away. ~2 weeks later I passed the city inspection and received the signed permit.
