   Above & Beyond!! Elizabeth was great. She was very helpful and informative. She took extra time answering my questions and was very patient and kind. I wanted my delivery in a specific place and that required me to sign a waiver which I was fine with. The driver could have just dumped it on the street and left. He got that huge truck into our RV parking area with ease! Actually, quite impressive. You can tell the drivers are well trained. He got the dirt/rocks as close as possible which makes yard work that much easier. Unfortunately, I forgive the first driver’s name. The second driver was Felipe and was also great. The materials were great. Delivered on time. Pricing was the best around (and trust me I researched). All that, to add great customer service made a Great experience. I highly recommend Boulder Placement. I hope everyone has the same service we did .

   Fast and friendly service. Love that they open at 6am now! Great selection and fair prices!

   Edit: Purchased to much flagstone and took back my excess. Was told they don’t take returns. Be sure to get just what you need.

   Great service, price and prompt delivery. River rock looks great as you can see, we got 40 tons of it and all exactly as expected. go to them and save the running all over town.

   I planned a project and the nursery that I needed the rock from was out of it indefinitely. This was a real problem because I didn’t want just any color, I needed a specific color family to match my existing landscape.
   I looked online and found Boulder Placement and I’m so glad I did!
   Not only did they have many different shades of rock but they were the nicest, most helpful people. I can’t say enough about this.
   The rock at Boulder Placement is much nicer than the one I was going to pick elsewhere. I’m so glad now that the other place was out of stock and not very helpful, because I ended up with the perfect shade.

   They’re also extremely accessible, very near to the frwy exit, and they delivered my rock the same day I purchased it, now that’s service!
   I’ll definitely be back here, over any other.

   I would not recommend this company for landscape rocks at all. I recently paid for a couple tons of larger rocks and I gave them over a weeks notice to deliver. They gave me a 2 hour for which I paid laborers to help transport. The invoice said I was to be given a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. The owner/delivery driver never called and showed up an hour and a half late. I asked for compensation for the men I had paid for the window they gave me. None was forthcoming. I never received a call but I called and was told by office staff the delivery was 45 minutes late and obviously that was wrong.
   To top it off, over 500lbs of the delivery was dirt. YES DIRT. Fortunately I had plastic tarps laid down prior to the rock drop. Of course I had to shovel 10 wheel barrels full of dirt out of my backyard.
