   Hands down the worst company that I have ever seen. If I could give it zero stars, I would. They have been at my HOA last few years, and instead of cleaning, they come by and make a mess. Blowing all cuttings and dust from the street on your home, patio, doors, windows, instead of using common sense and blowing away from the building. When asked not to do so, they walk by my unit and skip it completely, make threatening signs into my camera. They blow grass clippings into my rocks after they are done cutting grass in the other side of the driveway, and just leave them there. I dread them coming to our community, instead of trying to do better, they do worse ,or just not do anything at all. No matter how many times they have been asked not to blow dust and clippings on my unit doors, windows, and my patio, nothing changes. When they are done, I have to go out there and clean everything up myself. They get paid for the job they are supposed to do, but refuse to do it right. I would say stay away from this company as far as you can, I held myself from writing this for a while now, but it’s getting worse, not better, they are absolutely incompetent, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

   Landcrafters takes exceptional care of several communities I manage. As a very busy property manager, the communication and follow through they provide is invaluable. I can make one call and know things will be done. Kaylie Gibbons and her team have always been proactive in teaching the board and I about the plants, what works best where, plant care practices and identifying issues before they become big problems. I am very confident in thier knowledge and service they provide. Ask for Kaylie, you will not be disappointed!

   If you’re looking for reliable, knowledgeable, talented landscapers and designers, work with LandCrafters. In the past finding professional landscaping services was a struggle. Our Account Manager Brent changed all that! Brent spent time asking us thoughtful questions about what we were looking for and our expectations. Only after he fully understood our vision for the house, did he share two designs for our front and back gardens, and a very accurate proposal. We think it’s important to point out the effectiveness of Brent’s approach. Of the three landscaping companies we spoke with, we received Brent’s proposal last but we were impressed with how complete it was. He took care to include all the services we needed for our landscaping to thrive. We were so happy with the results that we asked Brent to have crews move a palm tree, install Astro turf, drainage along the fence, another flower bed, update our entryway container plantings, seed/sod our front yard and repair our irrigation. We also want to recognize Matt, and the LandCrafters crews for their behind-the-scenes work to make our landscaping projects successful. The landscaping has absolutely improved our curb appeal! LandCrafters is a fully staffed, well run company, not a Sole Proprietorship which means service is always available. We appreciate all the work and the relationship we’ve built with Brent and all at LandCrafters. We highly recommend this company.

   If sad lawns, shrubs, and memorably high sprinkler repair charges are things your association is looking for – Landcrafters of Pinellas is your company.

   However, they do appear to get along well with management companies

   We just finished converting our lawn from grass to garden with Landcrafters and we’re very happy with the process and the outcome. Brent did a great garden design and provided a digital picture of how the garden would look in my yard along with information about each specific plant. He followed through to be sure everything was executed as discussed. He was really a pleasure to work with. Tom did the irrigation, very thorough and knowledgeable and Cheryl in the office was very responsive and helpful. Really glad we chose them to do this project! Highly recommend.
