   Outstanding service from start to finish. They did a great job in remodeling our outdoor kitchen. They were flexible in the design to ensure they met our needs. While they weren’t the least expensive, they also weren’t the most expensive proposal. We chose them because of how they treated us in our discussions and how they genuinely worked to provide what we were looking for. We had some special “wants” that they were able to address and other companies tried to talk us out of. Once the contract was signed, picking out the stone, cabinets, granite, etc. was seamless and they made the selection process very easy. Once construction started, their team of workers were professional and did a high quality job in completing the kitchen. The construction team was personable and dedicated to completing quality work. Each day they cleaned up and left the worksite neat and orderly. Workmanship is outstanding. They not only met their defined schedule, they exceeded our expectations. The project coordinator, Darren, was outstanding throughout the whole process and communicated regularly on the schedule and handling any questions or issues we had. Darren even answered emails on weekends, which wasn’t anticipated or expected. Even when one of the cabinets wasn’t delivered on-time, they continued with the rest of the project and kept us informed as to when it would be installed, which as it turns out was only a brief delay. Once the job was completed, they followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. In short, a fair price for a quality product which was completed on schedule and with regular and quality communications. Highly recommend.

   The team at Custom Outdoor Kitchen Concepts is outstanding and they exceeded our expectations. Easily the best contractor we’ve worked with on the many projects at our new home in Naples. Terrance, the sales manager, was a pleasure to work with: extremely responsive, knowledeable and patient throughout the entire process. The team delivered exactly what they promised on time and on budget. We’re thrilled with our outdoor kitchen, and highly recommend Custom Outdoor Kitchen Concepts!

   After interviewing a number of companies with fine reputations we selected Custom Outdoor Kitchen Concepts. We were primarily concerned about quality, expertise, communication and price. Additionally, timing, assurances that the same people would be working on our project throughout and that we would not have lengthy periods between project steps were important to us.
   We could not have been happier with the way the project was handled. The timeline was just as promised. Price was met and quality was excellent. We had the same team throughout and they were extremely communicative. They kept us informed as to timing, were always accessible and addressed every question that we had throughout the entire process. At the end of each work day cleanup left the area immaculate.
   In short, Custom Outdoor Kitchen Concepts checked every box we had set. When it came to our project they over performed their commitments. They were an excellent choice for us. I strongly recommend them for any project that they undertake.
   Great thanks to Randy and his entire team. They were all excellent and a pleasure to work with.

Darren did a great job managing the project and keeping us informed of progress and schedule. And Brandon and Aiden did a great job with the work and were always professional onsite. Great experience.

   Great guys to work with from conception to completion; we couldn’t be happier with our outdoor kitchen & now it’s the staple of our outdoor living area & pool, not to mention their kitchens are cast in place concrete which should last a lifetime!!! Thank you guys & I’d highly recommend these folks!
