Really appreciate the services provided by the Primary Pool team. Been with them for over 3 years now. They send me email reports and very transparent. I know what goes into my pool and when. They upgraded my equipment as well. So far all technicians have been courteous and attentive
If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. Dillon runs a top notch service. he is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy dependable. Which nowadays is not easy to find,. We call him the pool whisperer cause there’s nothing he can’t fix.
The team is highly skilled, They go the extra mile to make sure that the pool has been serviced properly And spotless when they leave.

Our previous pool technician retired and his replacement could not keep our pool in great condition or keep up with follow ups and requests. We have a large high maintenence pool with Iaqualink and I knew we needed a professional company that could keep up with its demand. Primary Pools was recommended to me thru Nextdoor and I could not be happier with their service. My pool had yellow and green algae that could not previously be removed (even with shock) and within 2 weeks of service it was totally gone and my pool was clear and clean. I then had trouble with my iaqualink and Dillon showed up the same day I called and fixed it. Their communication is outstanding (you even get an email everytime they service with what was done etc). I am beyond grateful for Dillon and his team!

Dillon was great! Very responsive. Came to my home to replace all the bulbs in my pool. Very thorough and considerate around the home. Highly recommend!
