   I can’t say enough about this pool service company. They’re not only just Service. They extensively helped me from start to finish on a complete redesign of my pool all the way to the finish. They were hands-on not just answering phone calls or text but they were on site when asked and needed it. Never would have another Pool Contractor on my property going forward.

   Pool man came to the house and left equipment all over the pool area said he needed an outlet and left. I called worker and he told me to plug in the pump to drain pool. I told him I wasn’t comfortable doing that because there are electrical cords in the water and im not doing his job. He hung up on me. Called owner and canceled contract. Horrible and poor communication, customer service and professionalism!!!! Would NEVER recommend this company EVER!!! Boooooooooo LA Pool guys

Whether it’s routine maintenance or a complex repair, Don ensures that everything is taken care of promptly and efficiently. LA Pool Guys is lucky to have such a dedicated team member like Don!

   Over the past 4 years LA Pool Guys have serviced the pool at my home. In that time i have had two different techs – both of whom were always consistent, efficient and kept my pool clean (even after I had some epic pool parties for my kids and their friends). The prices are always reasonable and they communicate often with me via email – my preferred mode of communication. I appreciate that they are always checking my chems and update me when i need regular treatments or preventative maintenance. The beauty of LA Pool Guys is they have one all-in fixed monthly price – no surprise “chemical” charges or whatever. Makes it easier to budget. One summer, our tech brought it to our attention that when he was doing our regular filter cleaning some of our filter components were old and falling apart. (They were there when we bought the house). They sent us an email with the estimate, we approved and within a couple days everything was installed and the filter was running better than we had ever seen!

   Admittedly they are often more mindful of my pool than i am – but hey, that’s why you higher a great pool service company. Thanks LA Pool Guys! Keep up the good work.
