WORST. The scam they run at Blue Science is that they break your equipment and then charge you to fix it. I had to fix my own equipment every time they came. You get a nice bill from some robot named Ian Delahun at least one a month. Strange how I did my own pool for 11 years and nothing broke. Total Scam!!!!!!
If I could give negative stars I would. This is THE WORST service I have ever had with a pool cleaning company. They never show up when they should, they spend less than 15 mins cleaning and doing the chemicals for my very large pool, don’t send emails of what was put in my pool and when they do sometimes it’s not even my pool or it’s blank. They recently ruined the plaster in my brand new pool and refuse to come out and look at it and take ownership of their mistake. I tried talking to the field manager and he said he would come out and he didn’t. And then the regional manager was even worse. Never apologized for anything and made excuses for everything that I complained about. I cannot believe he is a leadership role. I am stuck now with ruined plaster and a pool service company telling me that they can’t guarantee someone will come out and clean my pool for which they have already charged me for. Completely and utterly ridiculous. I would not recommend this pool company to ANYONE!
BUYER BEWARE!
I wish I had seen and read the reviews!! Patrick will make excuses and defend his inept ability on understanding what an efficient good job entails. They will ask you for your credit card before any work is done. DO NOT give them a penny! Let the pictures show what he and his employees left for me to clean though they had already charged my credit card! I had to involve my bank as I also had to escalate this matter to their corporate office in the Dallas area. Deceptive work practices at the very least!
Finally, a pool company that cares enough to do the job right. I can’t say enough about what a good job Eric has been doing, at keeping our pool sparkling clean. If you’re looking for someone who actually takes pride in their work, look no further.
Even though I spent too much money on the pool cleaning service, unfortunately, my pool is not in a swimmable condition. They still want to charge me for unnecessary repairs. Therefore, I canceled my contract. Do not do business with this company. It’s a waste of your money.
