I made the unfortunate mistake of allowing this company to do the exclusion work they offer on 12/19/2025.
This is was to include COLOR MATCHING paint in some areas that had metal flashing added. During the process I went out with Eli who explained what they were doing. During this time I noticed the paint looked off and then showed him the bucket of paint we had left by the builder. He insisted they’d color match it and did not use the paint we had on hand. However, the paint they used, does not match. Paint used is a shade or so lighter. It’s the front of the house and looks terrible.
I notified Gavin the same day about this issue and was told they’d get someone back out to fix it. I am still waiting.
Unhappy and disappointed with this company’s work as well as lack of follow up to fix their mistake.
The most frustrating part of it all, is it was completely avoidable had they just used the paint we had on hand.
Edit: the paint was re-done and still does not look good. Metal is bent.
And now being charged even more money for cancelling all their services. Will never recommend this company. Poor workmanship that I feel as though I was already overcharged for.
Cassius with Purple Care is beyond knowledgeable and takes extreme pride in his job. He is always more than willing to take the time to talk to me about my yard and things we can do to improve it. His experience and knowledge speaks for itself. I couldn’t recommend Purple Care and Cassius anymore!! Thank you so much for your hard work in making my new yard look fantastic.
I’ve never dealt with a more horrid company. This is what nearly 10k will get you, bad customer service with no lack of accountability for products or services. Purple removed a tree from my yard and some other services as well, in May 2024..These are the pics of June 2025 when the tree started growing back all over the lawn. Purple was contacted and customer service was rude, nasty, unprofessional and dismissive offering not even a basic suggestion for the dilemma, only stating that we were over the 1 year of our contract (literally by 2 week I even emailed the owner of the company and he has not yet to respond. This is a situation where a company takes your $, if the services is ok, then you win, if it does not, you lose big time, because it’s obvious they do not care about customer retention or stand by their services. No integrity at all. Folks please find another company to deal with.
I just recently completed a landscape project with Purple Care. I worked very close with Eric. We had several in person meetings and conversations before reaching the perfect design. I am thoroughly happy and pleased with the final outcome. The stone work was incredible. The contractors I worked with were very accommodating. Eric picked out the perfect plants and shrubs. The lighting that was added really accented the overall design. I would totally recommend Purple Care for anyone considering any future landscape projects.
The service is a joke and the work doesn’t match up to the luxury price tag. Just avoid them.
These guys did about $13k worth of work on our landscape. Explanation of the scope of work was communicated over the phone since we were not moved in at the time of quote. Among the work to be done, all gutters were to be routed underground. They missed one and that was blamed on me for not catching it in their quote. Again, we were not moved into the house so I’m not sure how they expected me to catch it vs the guy who was actually on site. Of course, that required an extra $2k to solve.
Against my better judgement, I signed up for their lawn and pest care after this. Every time they leave, you get a note that they find something wrong with your property and you should sign up for a $300-400 service to fix it. The employee will never knock on your door and explain it to you or show you the problem. You just get an email saying you need to pay for more services.
Remember the house work? Oh yeah it destroyed 50% of our irrigation. Another $1.8k to fix and they refused any responsibility. They said there was no way they could have known the irrigation system was in the dig location but the sprinkler heads were sticking out of the ground less than an inch away from the site. So that was a complete lie.
6 months later I got an email that they short billed me for the work that damaged my property and they would be collecting the charge despite all the issues it caused.
The only two things you can count on Purple Care to do is screw up and upsell you more services.
They’ve failed literally every step of the way. It’s impressive how consistent they are at it. Avoid.
