We started with Ryan and Pleasanton Pool Center in July for monthly pool service. He seemed very nice. But as the month progressed, I found he would not return my phone calls or texts. He promised to do a water test and never did. I was told it would be “more convenient for both of us” if I would just take the water to Leslie’s. I paid for August and mid August, we decided to switch to another company. I have been texting and calling Ryan to get a refund for the last two weeks of August and like another reviewer, he has ghosted me. He will not take my calls, return my messages or text me back. I was really disappointed in his character. No morals or business ethics. I do not recommend this company.
The customer service at Pleasanton Pool Center is top notch. Ryan and his pool technicians are true professionals. They were able to answer all our questions as well as provide phenomenal service. I highly recommend using their services.
Ryan is a sweetheart and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has come to fix even our fountain at no extra charge. We trust him because he is always very kind and respectful and willing to help us the earliest. Thank you Ryan!
Don’t bother to drive here without calling first- they were closed at 11:50 am on a Friday. Hours are not posted.
