Sunshine Pool Covers has helped me three times over the past five years. Our 20 year old automatic pool cover finally called it quits. We nearly went with another pool cover company but they had terrible customer service reviews. Also, the representative who does the estimate and makes the sale is NOT the guy who installs the cover nor does repairs. SunShine is a small family business with great and recent reviews, especially shining in customer responsiveness, so even though their quote was considerably higher than the other company we chose quality over price.
Miguel (the father) based his estimate on the pics of our existing cover. Esteban (the son) arrived on time, removed the existing cover and tracks, cleaned up all the debris, and took exact measurements. They ordered the cover, and when it came in Esteban installed it solo. It works beautifully and is quiet and smooth. Beautiful!
It was a pleasure working with this company. I highly recommend them.
