I can’t say enough about how Great it is to work with the people at Cover Care. They are always responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make our projects stand out. They have the strongest technical Staff who Knowledge is unsurpassed. Thank you all!
Didn’t even get to buying anything. I just wanted to discuss the quote for $15,000 for a pool holding about 15,000 gallons.
Things like, “hey can we expedite this project so it would be done before two months?”
Answer: extra $750
Or “is there any other solution to get closer to my budget?”
Answer after being on hold for minutes: “no we only do one model of covers”
And “hey so how does installation work?”
Answer: “you will need to reach out to a construction company to ensure concrete and coping is done properly.”
It’s really 1) construction and then 2) they come in to do stuff.
Were they going to inform me of that? The receptionist (mostly helpful) mentioned fine print at the bottom of the quote saying electric work needs to be done before this. I’m sorry, I was only paying attention to the $15k up top! And they blamed me for not being available during the site visit so therefore declined to disclose this fact upfront.
I decided to go back and review the quote. Nowhere did they say anything about extra costs on top of the quote.
Maybe the product is great. Feels like I need to rip the facts out from them in order to make any sort of informed decision.
My quote is below.
We couldn’t have had a better experience with Cover Care and the technician Justin. Our cover malfunctioned at night while we were closing it and we were very concerned as we have four small kids and our youngest is 2 and can’t swim yet. They came out the NEXT morning and spent 4 hours getting it fixed for us. We couldn’t be more grateful/thankful for them!!
