my dealings have to do with Todd. Todd was supposed to come out to my place in Peralta. I received a call from Todd telling me that he was on his way from Rio Rancho. After talking to him about what my issue was with the sprinklers, Todd basically ran around the issues and in the end complained about the distance he, or his crew, would have to go just do the work at my house. I could tell he was not interested in coming out to give me an a quote of any description and so I decided it was time to cut the call short and look for someone else. This is most unfortunate as I relied on the reviews that highlighted this company was very good at what they did, however, failed at describing the attitude of the owner.
if for some reason you’ve been in business for so long, you don’t need additional business, then don’t advertise. And if you’re the owner and you’re not in the best of moods, you probably should reschedule. Furthermore if you don’t service areas outside a particular area, such as real Rancho or Albuquerque then you should clearly state that on your website or when scheduling is being done. That avoids waste of time on both sides of the party. To say the least I was very disappointed In my interaction with Todd as I had been looking forward to meeting him and discussing my issues with my lawn.
And if you’re wondering why I posted this it’s because I had scheduled and been waiting for the day to arrive to get a quote which turned out to be such a waste of a time waiting for someone who wasn’t interested in doing the work.
I will commend the person that scheduled as they were friendly and gave me hope that this company would be all they made out to be. Unfortunately, the big man at top can’t be bothered with customer service at times.
Great place. Very attentive and quick response every time. They have a thorough understanding of my property and zones. They show up, know where everything is located and tackle any issues that need attention first thing. Can beat the service and professionalism.
In the endeavor to make our backyard a livable space we have taken the next step. We had a functional irrigation system installed and a leaking sprinkler valve replaced. We called Lannen’s for a couple of reasons and very happy that we did. First because this is a veteran owned/operated biz secondly because he is trained for Albuquerque water management. I needed something to cover the plants and trees already in place and easily expandable. We have the planting portion left – but that’s a late winter early spring project. Our job estimate was done quickly and appointment made. They were here on time and began immediately. In a day and a half the system was in, valve replaced and instructions on the new irrigation controller given. It works well, and covers what we needed. Cost was less than I expected. We’ll be doing more projects and Todd and crew will be back!
Todd was very professional, honest, and got the job done in a timely manner. My yard went from dirt to having the best grass on my block! I highly recommend Todd for all of your yard care needs.

Great service! Guys showed up early and were clean cut and professional. Very friendly, fair pricing. They showed me what caused my leaking valve (tree root busted it). They replaced the bad valve, and put in a new cutoff for me as well. Got it done in under 3 hours. Very impressed with these guys and will use them for any future needs. Thanks!!!
