Everyone is professional and is always showing a desire to answer any questions someone might have. Each professional person who works there at the front desk , or as a teacher, or as life guard is always willing to answer any questions and to assist in any way. They are all “positively positive!!” The place is so clean!! …the entire place is so clean!!
I’m very proud to say to people where I go to swimming classes or to practice what I have learned in swimming classes, aka “aqua fitness classes!!”

We bring our whole family to this pool three times a week (or at least we used to). Never again. The lifeguards are insane. My husband and I were sitting beside each other in the shallow end watching our kids swim with our arms linked. No kissing, no caressing, no pda, literally sitting elbows together and a lifeguard came up and told us we weren’t allowed to touch each other because it was a family zone and inappropriate. What part of sitting stationary with arms linked with your spouse is inappropriate?! Beyond absurd. Never again

I’m impressed and proud to see the city of El Paso has invested heavily into the community. This natatorium has a viewing deck for spectators. Extremely appealing to the eye, very modern but minimalist. Outdoor accommodations for food trucks is a plus, especially for events.

This would be my second time bringing my family to this indoor pool. We came last Friday & let me tell you we had an amazing time. Unfortunately today was a very bad experience. The life guards that they had on duty today were awful. In particular the one that approached me to tell me that he wanted to see me doing laps back & forth. So I explained to him that the other life guard had told me it was fine if I wasn’t doing laps back & forth consistently because it wasn’t that packed. And then he had pointed to a young lady on the bench saying she was waiting for the lap lane. So when I told my girl what he had told me she said it wasn’t right because next to me there was a white man and another girl in the other two lap lanes doing laps. My girl told me why is he only telling you when they are doing a lap & resting for 2 to 3 minutes if not more. So therefore my girl told me to go to the front & complain on him because we felt that he was being a bully to us. So I was able to speak to the supervisor & explain the situation to her. Even she told me that yes it was wrong of him to do that because how can he expect me to do laps without stopping. The lady on the bench never even got in the water & had ended up leaving the pool.

This place is lousy with crowd control. They have signs posted not to stand or lean on rails and it’s the first thing they do .you complain to management and they come up and actually let the spectators stand in front of the rail with his permission. The photos don’t lie people!!!!!
