High Tide, while it was a bit of a struggle to get set up with, has been a consistently solid service. Their primary guy and scheduler has been helpful in the extreme and truly taken great care to maintain my pool equipment and clean filters.
I do wish they would be responsive to text or email but they get right to any issues when we catch up with them on site.
Service was easy to schedule, advice on wnat was need to solve my problem was clear and concise. Solved my cloudy water problem after weeks of my own efforts. Very pleased with the service/

High Tide has been taking care of my pool for a couple of years. I have weekly service with them. Has been great to not have to deal with cleaning and balancing chemicals.
I have noticed that last year that there has been a lot of turnover and things getting missed. I came across the bottom of in floor cleaner liner on the ground. I investigated the infloor cleaner and found the bag was ripped and the bottom missing. The ripped bag is not effective in capturing debris. I sent photos on Monday, no reply. I get an email stating the owner cleaned my pool and would not put the ripped bag in and would have completed a service order?? Confused how this happened since they are the only ones taking care of my pool. They also informed me they felt better to part ways and that they no longer will be servicing my area. I found this very unprofessional and extremely odd. For this reason I do NOT Recommend.
We have been High Tide Pool Service customers for 4 years and have always been impressed by their professionalism and service. After each visit, they text a service update that includes pictures, the chemicals the pools needed that visit, and any concerns that might be in the near future. They keep our pool sparkling clean!
I’ve been using High Tide Pool Service for over 10 years and can say Keith and his crew are very thorough and professional. They keep my pool looking great! They also respond quickly to any issues that may come up with my pool equipment.
Definitely recommend.
